La sorgente luminosa del sistema ottico \u00e8 diretta verso la linea di marcatura in base all'angolo di incidenza. La dimensione della finestra di misurazione \u00e8 di 340 x 95 mm. La luce riflessa dalla linea di marcatura viene ricevuta dal filtro V(\u03bb) all'angolo di osservazione di 1,05\u00b0. Dopo l'elaborazione e il calcolo del segnale, viene visualizzato il valore misurato. Questo valore \u00e8 il valore del coefficiente di retroriflessione RL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-attention\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Attenzione<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Questo strumento realizza la correzione dello spettro V\u03bb attraverso un filtro ottico avanzato.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La luce parassita entra occasionalmente nello strumento, ma non influisce sulla normale misurazione in corso. Prima di ogni misurazione e calibrazione, lo strumento valuta automaticamente la luce parassita e genera automaticamente una compensazione. In caso di perdita significativa di luce parassita, lo strumento emette un messaggio di errore di rilevamento e adotta alcune misure di protezione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La dispersione della luce, la deriva della luce e l'errore di offset dello strumento saranno compensati in base ai dati ottenuti dalla procedura di calibrazione. Quando si utilizza lo strumento, prestare attenzione alla finestra di protezione sul fondo dello strumento, che non deve essere danneggiata. Se danneggiata, influisce direttamente sui risultati della misurazione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durante la misurazione dei dati, tenere la finestra di test ottico dello strumento vicino alla superficie dell'oggetto da testare e fare clic sul pulsante di test per completare la raccolta dei dati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spegnere l'alimentazione se non \u00e8 in uso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilizzare esclusivamente accessori speciali approvati. Non collegarlo a prodotti non compatibili.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quando lo strumento non \u00e8 in uso, deve essere collocato in un luogo fresco e asciutto, in assenza di gas corrosivi nell'area circostante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In caso di problemi di qualit\u00e0, lo strumento pu\u00f2 essere restituito alla fabbrica per la riparazione e la calibrazione.
